PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The change of use and general refurbishment of 8No. vaults, below the existing Connolly Railway Station, at Connolly Headquarters, Amiens Street, Dublin 1. This is a protected structure . Proposed works include removal of existing contaminated earth fill; structural alterations; new glazing replacing brickwork within arched opes to both front and rear elevations; and associated office fit-out works. The proposal also involves new hard and soft landscaping to the courtyard to the north known as Green's Yard, which includes drainage alterations; works associated with universal access; and associated ancillary site works.
