EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: There are no proposed works to the protected structure, the proposed works are situated within the existing non-protected adjoining building. These changes involve converting the existing office block into emergency accommodation. The modifications are non-structural and will not alter the buildings external appearance. The protected buildings primary significance and importance is in the design and detail of the front façade. Internally, the original interior features are intact. The existing open floor plan of the protected structure will remain the same to include a reception area on the ground floor, a children's play area on the first floor and a breakout area on the second floor. The original fabric and existing layout of the protected structure will remain the same, with the addition of loose furniture. A photographic survey is included with this report.
