The development will principally consist of: the change of use of 2 No. ground floor level apartment units (Unit F-112, 79 sq m and Unit F-113, 79 sq m), from residential use to ancillary gym use; internal modifications, including the removal of selected internal partition walls (c.10.8 sq m); and all associated site and development works above and below introduction ground. No elevational changes are proposed. The gross floor area of the ancillary gym will be 163 sq m. The development will reduce the number of residential units in Block F from 168 No. to 166 No. Note: The floor area provided below relate to Block F as the building within which the proposed development relates.
