The development will consist of (A) Demolition to include (i) removal of rear pitch of existing roof and chimney, (ii) partial removal of external and internal walls to accommodate proposed works. (B) Construction of (i) alterations to the existing roof to facilitate conversion of the roofspace, including the construction of 31 sqm dormer extension to the rear pitch. The attic will compromise a bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe. (ii) Raised external walls to the rear (East) elevation to match the eaves of the front elevation. (iii) Reconfiguration of the gable wall to accommodate the new roof. (iv) Two new windows to East elevation.(C) All associated site works.
