demolition of rear boundary wall enclosing the yard at the back of factory no. 2 and demolish some small sheds within the yard and to construct a new raw materials storage facility to the rear of factory no. 2, also remove the cladding and windows on the front elevation of factory no. 2 and install new windows and render the front elevation of factory no. 2 to match the front elevation of factory no. 1
