Planning Permission is sought for the conversion of the existing dwelling and granny flat, into two semi-detached, self contained, dwellings. The existing dwelling and granny flat, which were originally constructed as two semi-detached dwellings, will now be re-instated as two semi-detached dwellings. The works will consist of replacing the existing entrances to the dwelling and granny flat with a new entrance at the front of each dwelling, and a 900mm high boundary wall separating both front gardens, together with internal alterations and associated works. The 2no. existing, original, vehicular entrances will remain.
