Planning permission is sought for the following: 1-Demolition of an existing flat-roofed timber shed along the western boundary of the rear garden. 2-Construction of a new flat-roofed extension to the existing gym in the rear garden along the western and southern boundary to incorporate a new games room. 3-Construction of a new stand alone garden shed in the rear garden along the southern boundary. The development will also include landscaping and all associated site works and drainage as required.
