The development will consist of the re-contouring of agricultural land using imported clean inert soil and stones within a farm holding for the consequential benefit to agriculture. A 3-year planning permission is requested, and during this period 18,153 tonnes of inert soil and stones will be imported for the purposes of land reclamation, works to also consist of (a) Proposed new temporary access road (b) Proposed new temporary site office Portaloo and wheel wash and to include all associated site works.
