The development will consist of: 1) Construction of a dormer roof extension to rear roofslope of existing dwelling and associated conversion of attic space and rooflights. 2) New window to gable wall and all associated internal alterations. 3) Construction of a new garage/store to the front/side of the existing dwelling. 4) Alterations to the existing vehicular entrance to increase in width to 3.5M. 5) All associated alterations, demolitions, site, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works.
