The proposed amendment consists of the construction of a 43sq.m ground floor rear & 14sq.m front extension with partial change of use for prior & after school facility on entire ground floor and use of WC upstairs only, during the academic primary school year, Mondays – Fridays from 7:30am – 9:00 & 1:30pm – 6:00pm. Additional works include the provision of a disabled access ramp at the front entrance and associated site works.
