Permission for an extension and refurbishment. The development will consist of the demolition of some internal walls and the removal of the existing roof. We intend to erect a single storey extension to the front of the property and create a new entrance. We also intend to erect a new roof, convert the attic and install a new metal clad flat roof dormer on the font elevation.
