1) Moving existing vehicular entrance. 2) Construct an additional vehicular entrance to allow for an 'in and out' driveway. 3) Alterations to the front boundary wall to accomodate these changes. 4) new front boundary wall to have a stone finish. 5) All ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
