New Roof. Remove all old slates x laths and reslate with new bangor slates, tyveck felt and new 2x1 treated laths. Fit new clay ridge tiles. Remove no1 chimney and rebuild in lime mortar. Hack out and repoint no3. chimneys in lime mortar. Fit new eave gutters & down pipes in alucast. Fit scaffolding to building.
