One existing entrance into the Oldtown Woods estate from Oldtown Road (as permitted under ABP -303295-18) is to be removed and a new entrance from Oldtown Road provided. Revised by Significant further Information which consists of: The amendment of the application boundary to include lands to the west of the site, which are to be reserved for the development of a school, with vehicle access from Oldtown Road. The proposed development also includes potential pedestrian connections to the future school site from within the proposed residential development. The Significant Further Information includes additional ancillary amendments to the previously submitted Site Layout Plan, which include the extension westwards of the proposed cyclepath/footpath along the Oldtown Road and the provision of a toucan crossing at Oldtown Road to connect to a future cyclepath / footpath on the eastern carriageway of Oldtown Road.
