The proposed works include: 1) the demolition of the existing garage and part removal of the rear of the existing ground floor area. 2) Construction of a new two-storey extension to the side (south) with a pitched roof with one rooflight and a single-storey extension to the rear (west) with a flat roof installed with roof lights. 3) New entrance porch and room extension to the front of the main house with a flat roof and cladding to the front elevation. 4) Construction of the Domer roof structure at the rear (south) with a habitable room and en-suite having access from a new internal staircase. 5) New garden shed/room at the rear of the site. 6) Proposed internal layout modifications and alterations to existing ground and first floors of the main house. 7) All existing windows/doors are to be replaced. 8) All with associated site works, landscaping, and other services /drainage works to facilitate the proposed development.
