Additions and alterations to No. 20 Idrone Terrace, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94NN93, an existing three storey dwelling. The property is a protected structure (RPS No. 139) and is in a Candidate ACA. The proposed development will incorporate the following: (a) Forming a new vehicular entrance to the rear of the property onto Idrone Lane incorporating a sliding gate and associated landscaping and parking / car charging area within the curtilage of the site. (b) Construction of a single storey garden shed to the rear of the property. (c) Adjusting the layout of the existing front external basement steps reusing the original granite steps.
