We intend to apply for planning permission for an extension and renovation. The development will consist of the demolition of internal walls, part of the rear external wall, conservatory and the existing roof and the construction of (a) a ground floor extension to the rear (b) a new flat roof, (c) timber cladding to external walls, (d) a garden room and (e) increasing the height of the entrance piers and gate.
