Proposed rear extension with flat roof and lean-to roof. Replace defective flat roof covering with new membrane anthracite grey in colour. Provision of new rooflights to existing flat roof. Alterations to rear elevation including removal of existing windows and portion of blockwork to provide new windows and door. Removal of existing internal walls fireplace and chimney. Addition of new pitched roof on roadside elevation in place of existing flat roof.
