We, Liam & Sarah Ann Ross, wish to apply for planning permission for new proposed fuel filling station at site located at Main Street, Lacka East, Ballyduff, Co. Kerry. Proposed works: 1) construction of new fuel filling station consisting of 2 no. dispenser pump islands, dispensing fuel on each side, with canopy over, ancillary to the exiting convenience shop adjacent to the subject site; 2) installation of new underground storage fuel tanks, and all associated fuel pipework, off-fill points and vents; 3) construction of associated car park layout with provision of 1 no. EV charging space; 4) concrete slab surfacing, asphalt surfacing and associated drainage with the provision of new Class A Petrol interceptor; 5) alterations to exiting site entrances, to provide a one way access-egress system to & from the site from public road, including alterations to existing boundary wall, and all associated road safety improvement works; 6) installation of new signage on site, consisting of new totem sign and general signage located on the forecourt canopy; 7) construction of all associated site features including landscaping and boundary treatments, public lighting and all associated site works.
