Permission for the construction of a residential development consisting of 12 no. residential housing units, the proposed development consists of 6 no. 1 bed units and 6 no. 2 bed units in two no. 2 storey blocks. Planning permission is sought for the development outlined above as well as 12 no. parking spaces and 24 no. bicycle parking spaces. Access is proposed via the existing access and right of way through Charleston Close estate. A temporary construction access is proposed off Bailick Road L3621. Permission is also sought for all associated drainage, landscaping, bin storage and all associated site development and infrastructural works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
