The development will consist of the demolition of the existing ground floor kitchen, external blockwork sheds, part of the existing front entrance wall, garage wall portions of the rear external wall and the hipped portion of the roof. We intend to construct a ground floor extension to the rear of the property, a new entrance porch, convert the attic, provide a flat roof dormer to the rear of the property and internal alterations. We also intend to fit brick slips to the front facade.
