The proposed development will consist of the following; 1) Construction of a tourism enterprise, to include the provision of 11 no. pre-fabricated 2 bedroom accommodation units, 2) Construction of a tourism related information building, to include site management & reception area and all associated ancillary rooms, 3) The provision of car parking, a playground area and all landscaping requirements, 4) Upgrade of existing vehicle entrance from the N15 public road and construction of a new access road to service the proposed development, 5) Connection to the public sewer, and 6) All other associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed application
