development and retention of works for the proposed change of use from a former national school to use as a single dwelling at the former Dysart National School. The proposed development includes the necessary retention development of previously extended elements as part of refurbishment works undertaken to date. The proposals also comprise a new waste treatment system and percolation area, the use of pre-existing services for water supply and vehicular access improved and all ancillary associated site works
