for: (i) A new treated water storage tank (WST) with a storage capacity of 1,020m3 of approximately 470m2 and an overall height 7m (5.9m without safety railings); (ii) A new weather-proof enclosure (5m x 3.3m x 2.8m high) to house new booster pumps and local control panel; (iii) A designated area for the emergency power generator, fuel storage and integral bund; (iv) A new weather-proof enclosure (4m x 2.6m x 2.85m high) to house the secondary chlorination dosing system; (v) 29 no. solar panels to be mounted on the new storage tank roof slab (static & south-facing); (vi) Ancillary works, e.g. associated ground works; and (vii) Associated works including landscaping & biodiversity net gain.
