Redevelopment of the existing club grounds and infrastructure as follows: (a) Demolition of all existing structures including tennis courts and clubhouse. (b) construction of 6no. external all-weather Tennis Courts and associated energy efficient lighting and fencing. (c) construction of 2 no. indoor “hard court” Tennis/multi purpose Courts and associated facilities, (d) construction of a new two storey club house to include changing rooms, sauna and toilets, administrative/office areas, tea rooms, serving/bar area, kitchen area , table tennis room, various storage areas, sport viewing areas and related rooms. (e) construction of new covered car parking facilities under raised external tennis court no’s 4, 5 & 6, (f) upgrading of existing pedestrian access from Shillelagh Road, redevelopment of one way vehicular entry access at existing site entrance (on Tullow Hill road) and construction of new site exit only point to Bramble Court, (g) Construction of a 20m high wind turbine for micro generation (on site use), (h) the provision of a playground, landscaping, and associated works and ground works.
