The development will consist of amendements to previously permitted dwelling design under planning application reg. ref. no. F24A/0069 to include the following: 1) Minor alterations to floor plans, structure widths, including allowance for natural stone cladding width build up on external wall elevations. 2) Adjustments to lower roof pitches allowing for maintaining the permitted ridge height and provision of standing seam metal roof finish in lieu of slate. 3) Minor alterations to window sizes / fenestrations. 4) Minor adjustments to the extent of stone cladding and stonework detailing around main entry on west elevation.
