proposed construction of 10 no. bungalow OPD type dwelling houses consisting of two no. blocks of 3 no. terraced bungalow OPD type houses and one block of 4 no. terraced bungalow OPD type houses, access road, car parking, green open space, boundary fences/walls, proposed connections to existing foul sewer, surface water and water main networks and all ancillary works.
