The development wil consist of the following(i) the demolition of two sheds on site (ii) demolition of a single storey section of the existing dwelling to the south east elevation and demolition of a single storey section of the dwelling to the north west elevation (iii) removal of a section of roof and the chimney at a single storey section of dwelling at the north west elevation (iv) blocking up of a door on north east elevation and construction of a window on north west elevation (v) construction of a porch to south east elevation, a one and a half storey extension to the south west elevation, a single storey extension to north west elevation and a lean to roof over existing section of dwelling to north west elevation to match new roof over proposed single storey extension and the replacing of existing pebble dash finish with a nap plaster finish to all elevations (vi) widening of the existing site entrance (vii) instatement of an extended section of driveway and all ancillary site works
