full planning permission for development, will consist of the temporary use of part of an overflow car park for an area to accommodate the erection of a temporary tent / marquee for seasonal leisure activities (winter sports) and associated ancillary services. The temporary use and provision of tent / marquee on site will be in place and operational from mid november to end of january and permission is sought for a period of three years.
