These modifications include the following: (1) omission of vehicular ramp between 2no car parking levels (2) construction of additional office/ technology area (103.5sqm) to ground floor (3) alterations to elevations & associated site works (4) introduction of 3m high uncovered roof plant compound at the Dairy Science Lab Site, Model Farm Road, Cork.
