Internal and external works at no 111 - 112 [former A-Wear unit] Saint Patrick's Street and the JD Sports unit within the Savoy Shopping Centre, Saint Patrick's Street and Drawbridge Street, Cork City. The proposed development consists of changes to the external front elevation at ground and first floor levels at no. 111-112 Saint Patrick's Street to provide a new shopfront. The proposed works include internal alterations to existing retail shops at ground floor level for both retail units and ground and upper floor alterations for no. 111- 112 Saint Patrick's Street. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal/relocation of partitions, counters, accommodation stairs and the insertion of new door(s) and partition at eastern staircase. It is proposed to remove an internal wall between the two units at ground floor level which will result in the formation of a single retail unit. Permission is sought for the above and all associated site development works.
