25 Quay Street and No's 2-5 Quay Lane , Galway

Permission for development which will consist of 1. The renovation and alterations to No. 25 Quay Street and to No's 2 - 5 Quay Lane (Protected Structures RPS No's 8001-8005) Galway City. 2. A 'change of use' of No. 25 Quay Street and No's 2 - 5 Quay Lane from former disused mill and residential usage to retail and associated uses. 3. Undertaking conservation works to No. 25 Quay Street and No's 2 - 5 Quay Lane to include the re-pointing and repair of all walls internal and external, repair to all rainwater goods, and the construction of new structures to rear of No. 4 and No. 5 Quay Lane. 4. The installation of a new internal staircase, roof and medieval style ceiling, the development of new floors at ground and first floor levels, in No. 25 Quay Street and No's 2 - 5 Quay Lane. 5. Undertaking a double storey extension to the rear of No. 4 Quay Lane, and the construction of a double and single storey extension to the rear of No. 5 Quay Lane. 6. The provision of a fire escape lobby and internal stairwell between ground and first floor in No. 5 Quay Lane. 7. Restoration works to the boundary wall between No. 25 Quay Street and No. 23 Quay Street (Protected Structure 8117). 8. Provision of new external signage and retractable awnings to Quay Street and Quay Lane frontage. 9. Alterations and restorations to all elevations of No. 25 Quay Street, and to the front of No's 2 - 5 Quay Lane and rear of No's 4 - 5 Quay Lane. 10. Undertaking all associated site works and provision of services
