The amendment will consist of an increase in the area of the permitted extension on the eastern side of the premises by 173m2 and a reduction in the area of the permitted extension on the southwestern side by 41m2, resulting in a net increase in floor area of 132m2. Permission is also sought for additional windows and minor amendments to the size and position of permitted windows on all elevations along with a change from rendered blockwork to architectural wall panel on the showroom extension on the western side of the premises. Permission is also sought for a building mounted sign on the southwestern and southern elevations along with a standalone sign at the entrance to the Tramore Road Business Park
