Permission for the following proposed works to existing derelict single storey dwelling and associated site. Proposed works to include: 1) To decommission existing septic tank and to install new wastewater treatment system on site to serve existing dwelling house, 2) To construct new single storey extensions and alterations to existing single storey annex extension located to the rear of the dwelling, 3) To construct new single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, 4) To remove existing A-roof structure serving dwelling, including chimney, and to construct new pitched roof with a raised ridge height of 0.35m to serve dwelling, 5) Minor alterations to existing elevations of dwelling, 6) Works to existing vehicular access serving site to comprise of a) Re-location of existing double gates to rear of site to access existing adjoining landholding and agricultural buildings to rear of dwelling and b) Provision of new access gates from existing internal driveway to serve private amenity space associated with existing dwelling and 7) All associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
