Alterations to the ground floor and the roof terraces of the existing apartment complex at 14 Grattan Hill, Lower Glanmire Road, Cork. The ground floor alterations will include: a revised onsite car parking layout with provision for 6 parking spaces; replacement of the existing vehicular entrance with two new vehicular entrances to provide separate entry and exit gates for the car park; provision of a new pedestrian door at the location of the existing vehicular entrance; provision of fire escape corridors linking blocks A and B to the street; replacement of the permitted stone cladding on the front elevation with a rendered external finish and alterations to the layout of the central courtyard between blocks A and B in order to provide for revised landscaping and boundary treatment and omission of the permitted raised deck. The alterations to the existing roof terraces on blocks A and B will include revised hard and soft landscaping to provide enhanced shared open space
