permission for 1. Construction of a new agricultural site entrance with stoned access lane, together with front boundary timber post & rail fence, agricultural gates with steel girder supports and all other associated site works. 2. Remove the front boundary wall of the adjoining landowner (1), construct a replacement blockwork boundary wall plastered both sides with piers. The area between the edge of the road and the new wall to be reduced in level and stoned and the water meter markers and chambers will have to be modified. 3. Remove the front boundary hedgerow of the neighbouring landowner (2), construct a replacement timber post and rail fence and a new native species hedgerow. 4. New storm damage gullies to be constructed and connected to new soakaways.
