development which will consist of: (a) The construction of a three-storey, multiple occupant building, capable of accommodating various enterprise users. The office use will be as described under class 3 of article 10 part 4 of the 2001 planning and development regulations. (b) Connection to existing services within the estate including foul, watermain and surface water drainage services.
