for the following: 1. Provision of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant in the townland of Deerpark, Mullinavat which will consist of: a. New entrance, b. Control building (Gross floor area of building, 64m2), c. Treatment process and settlement tanks, d. Tertiary treatment provided by reed beds/ filter beds, e, Storm water storage tank and storm water overflow, f. Site roads, g. Outfall pipe to the River Blackwater (kilmacow) including bankside outfall. 2. Provision of a new Pumping Station in the townland of Mullinavat which will consist of: a. new entrance, b. Pumping Station sump and valve chamber, c. Control panel weatherproof enclosure, d. Storm water overflow to the River Blackwater (Kilmacow) including bankside outfall
