EXTENSION OF DURATION 11/500136 FOR retention permission to retain indefinitely the two floored (ground floor and lower ground floor) extension which is built to the rear (West) of the existing retail Centra shop. Also applying for planning permission to (a) build a new single storey (ground floor) store to the rear (West) of the existing two floored extension. (b) Carry out work in extending and modifying the existing retail shop along it's Northern side, incorporating an exit route from the rear (West) of the property to the Centra shop front apron adjoining the public road.
