development consisting of the construction of a new single storey extension together with works to the existing school at Colaiste Iascaigh (formerly Easkey Vocational School). (Part of the existing school contain a Protected Structure; Sligo Record of Protected Structures 2011-2017 Register No. 87 and National Inventory of Architectural Heritage Reg. No: 32306013). The works shall include the construction of new school accommodation of 312 sqm floor area to include generally; 2 no. classrooms, science lab and prep area, sanitary accommodation and new boiler house. Works to the existing school shall include: the demolition of existing external gas service enclosure; reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing science lab building. The new building and all works are to be connected to all existing public utilities together with all associated site development works
