McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland Ltd. intend to apply for planning permission for development at Nos. 50/51 O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1. The development will consist of proposed improvement works to the existing shopfront/front eastern elevation to include new window frames and glazing to the upper floors to replace existing frames, new window fascias to match existing, new bay window fascias to high level shopfront decorated to match existing, new marble fascia to match existing, revised entrance design to include new sliding entrance doors, new full height glazing and low stall riser to match existing, new shopfront signage to replace existing signage to include internally illuminated projecting sign, wall mounted golden arch and ‘McDonald’s’ text signage, new orb, new digital window poster, and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
