(1) Change of use to educational use; (2) Demolition of external steps and first floor walkway including earlier extended area to south elevation; (3) Removal of oil tank and bund to rear, works to underground tanks; (4) works to all elevations including reinstatement of earlier openings; (5) New internal layout including internal stairs and lift to east side, new w.c.'s and welfare facilities, relocation of internal corridor to north side at first floor level; (6) New external steel stairs to west elevation; (7) associated internal and external alterations and refurbishments including adjustment of ground levels to suit; (8) associated drainage and landscaping works
