Permission to erect a new two storey extension to the existing food facility 4 no production lines with marshaling areas, chill rooms, mixing and packaging areas at ground floor level, chills and storage at 1st floor level, with ancillary plant space, storage , circulation and stairs. The conversion of existing box store to cold store, the addition of a single storey extension to provide 3 no loading bays from existing box store and minor internal alterations to existing facility to accommodate same. Site works will include landscape reinforcement at the southern boundary, storm & foul drainage, minor amendments to road and associated works (previously approved under planning reference 10/30013), car parking provision, new service yards and walls, with any other ancillary site works.
