To enclose part of the existing covered storage area to the main builders providers store to the South and East elevations, to provide ground floor accommodation space comprising of goods inwards and outwards offices, extended canteen area with new roof over existing canteen and office areas, provision of mezzanine infill office accommodation and internal modifications (change of plan from that permitted under Pl. Reg. No. 15/4491). Work to include for connections to existing services and all associated site works.
