retention to retain indefinitely the structure of the house (substructure, superstructure and roof) as is built and as was the subject of planning permission under ref no.06/1180 and also for planning permission to complete the building of this detached, two floored dormer type house, together with all associated site development works and all necessary installation of the services of on-site waste water (foul) disposal system and connection from the public mains water system
