Planning permission is sought for existing and proposed works at the existing seafood facility, as follows: Permission is sought for the retention and demolition of the existing: 1) Entrance Porch Extension, 2) Rear Lean-to extension, and 3) External Recreation Shelter. Permission is sought for the retention of the existing: 1) Dispatch extension, 2) Storage Shed, 3) Water Treatment House, 4) Fire Pump House, 5) ESB Sub-Station, 6) Bus Shelter, 7) 1st Floor Production Office, 8) 1st Floor Plant Rooms and associated external plant and platform. Permission is sought for the retention of the existing 2 no. Prefab Office Cabins with Temporary Permission sought for same for a period of 5 years pending construction of Amenity Extension. Permission is further sought for the construction of: 1) Two-storey administrative extension, 2) Western extensions to production area including cold storage, 3) Southeast Extension to Production Area, 4) Plant Platform Extension, 5) East Extensions to existing Production Area including new Maintenance Shed over existing Tanks, 6) Use of Site Entrance to cater for adjacent seafood premises in lieu of that proposed under Planning Ref. 15/195 & PL88.245373, 7) Installation of Wastewater Treatment System to replace existing and to include servicing adjacent seafood premises, 8) Alterations to Site Layout including provision of car, motorbike and bicycle parking, HGV manoeuvring areas, landscaping and all other associated ancillary site works
