Amendments to boundary treatments within previously approved development (now known as Rosefield, Reg Refs: 16/4484 & 17/5354). The proposed boundary treatment amendments comprise of changing the permitted low level brick front garden walls to landscaping/planting, changing and permitted walls between rear gardens from 1.8 metre high rendered concrete block walls to 1.8 metre high timber panel and concrete post fences, and associated site development works.
