The proposed development consists of the construction of a single-storey extension to the front and rear of the house, along with the conversion of the garage to habitable accommodation. The proposed works also include internal modifications to allow for separate ancillary family accommodation, the relocation of the existing front door, the addition of a separate door to the side of the house, three new skylights and associated alterations to the existing window and door openings to facilitate the proposed works, as well as all associated site and drainage works.
