(A) Retain an extension to the original MD O’Shea site permitted under (02/1373) to include lands which were formerly part of Ballincollig Commercial Park to the north and to include part of the Westpoint Trade Centre to the west. (B) Retain all external storage areas on the site for storage of building products, timber, steel, PVC piping and insulation. (C) Retain existing garden centre as constructed including signage, timber wall surround to garden centre, external display areas, external shelving area, external canopy structures. (D) Retain change of use of an existing building permitted under Planning Reg. No. 02/4302 from light engineering use to storage/warehouse building at ground and first floor levels and to retain existing external storage areas adjacent to this building. (E) Retain existing storage/warehouse building as constructed. (F) Retain existing warehouse building and associated site permitted under Planning Reg. No. 97/2894 as constructed and permission to construct an extension to this existing warehouse building. (G) Permission to construct an extension to existing retail unit to be used for storage purposes and all site development works.
