(2) conversion of garage to consist of a study with a part tiled pitched roof to front and part flat roof to rear to consist of a utility and w.c. (3) removal of existing utility shed and w.c. to rear. (4) construction of a new single storey extension to the rear ground floor to consist of a lounge and to be covered with a tiled pitched roof. (5) general remodel of ground floor to suit the proposed new layouts. All drainage structural and associated site works to be implemented.
